Efficient and great communicationI bought the item and it was a bit small so i contacted them and they were happy to have a return and swap for another which they did returning a larger size as soon as they received the old one.

I have checked your order for an Atlantic Old English Colchester Door Handle and matching turn and release and can see that we received it on 10 October and despatched it on 11 October. I can see that ¡ê5.99 was deducted from the carriage charge as you told us that the handle was a sample. At the moment we are selling this product at a special price of ¡ê24.99 (¡ê20.82 only recouped by us). To check that we are selling this for a fair price I have checked what some of our competitors are selling it for and this ranged from ¡ê30 to ¡ê41. We operate a Fair Pricing Policy here at Handles4doors and ¡ê24.99 is an extremely competitive price for this quality handle. As we were very concerned on hearing your comments we have contacted our supplier, Atlantic, who have confirmed that their products are sold to all suppliers at the same price, therefore your price of ¡ê16 is puzzling. Shoetique is Shoetastic! I needed season-appropriate shoes for my increasingly troublesome feet (I have Plantar Fasciitis) & found what I needed within this range & Shoetique offered THE best prices. Admittedly I made my selection from the sale range, but still they came in with the cheapest price against anything I could find on the net.
